The management of Marcelino Muñoz S.L., in order to improve the satisfaction of its customers, consisting in the transport of passengers by road, has decided to carry out the implementation of a Quality Management System, based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

 

The general guidelines provided in this policy and that therefore can be used as framework for the establishment of quality aims and goals are the following:

  • Commitment to fulfil the requirements and to continuously improve the efficiency of the quality management system.

  • To establish as the main aim the accomplishment of the satisfaction of our customers, by means of the identification of their needs and the introduction of improvements.

  • To invest our resources and efforts in the improvement and modernisation of our fleet of coaches to get to be more competitive within the coach transport sector.

  • The promotion of training of all the personnel of Marcelino Muñoz S.L. in terms of quality, and customer attention and satisfaction, achieving an active participation of all the employees in the improvement of quality.

 

The Management agrees to fulfil the requirements and continuously improve the efficiency of the Quality Management System by means of an annual system inspection and the establishment and monitoring of quality goals and aims.

This Quality Policy will be disseminated among the personnel of Marcelino Muñoz S.L. being also available to the public.
